Blaze Out (previously known as Bustin’ Out) are formed as a band in July 2009. Four years and many changes later, and after having offered slightly short of a hundred shows nationwide (as also releasing the EP “Shining Blood” during the summer of 2010), the band, formed by members Gerard Rigau (guitar and lead vocals), Carles Comas (bassist), Víctor Català (lead guitar), and Rafa Weber (drummer), are at full force and continue to hold their original style, which mixes both Rock (AC/DC, Airbourne, Skid Row, Alter Bridge…) and Metal (Metallica, Black Label Society, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Trivium, Lamb of God…) influences.

On November 5, 2013, their first album “HEADSHOT” is released, both online and in physical format. Recorded in l’Atlàntida studios (Barcelona) under close supervision of producer Edgar Beltri and aided by the great precision of audio engineer Mario Patiño, it offers 12 tracks of songs both old and new.

After two years on tour through the most part of the country, in 2015 David Lleonart joined as lead guitar instead of Victor Català and that year Blaze Out won a “band battle” that allowed us to play in one of the most important festivals in Spain, called Resurrection Fest. We played there for two times on the same year, closing this festival with a special Metallica – Iron Maiden tribute.

Approximately, in September 2015 we started the recording of the second album “Backlash” that took off on April 2016. Backlash is the evolution of our music, and preserves the essence of Blaze Out with its hard guitars, catchy chorus, great solos, and overall, the power of their live concerts. This second album was recorded in Amplifire Studio by Gerard Rigau and Carles Comas and mixed in Atlantida Studio by Edgar Beltri and Mario Patiño.

In September 2016 Sergi Rigau joined as a drummer instead of Rafa Weber. Currently, we are on road for Backlash Tour after more than 30 dates showing our new material around the country, including very important festivals such as Ripollet Rock, Resurrection Fest…

Blood Fire Death is, since October 2013, the label who aids the band in their travels helping the CD reach out as well as the band will soon be seen again on stages all around the country.
